TRAININGS
Kanlungan’s mental health and psychosocial services (MHPSS) programme aims to support Filipino migrants with psychological distress due to trauma, violence, abuse, exploitation and trafficking by addressing their vulnerabilities and enhancing their resilience. Kanlungan offers MHPSS in the form of befriending calls, individual counselling, psychoeducation and wellbeing workshops, group processing and other support services for vulnerable groups like elderly, women and LGBTQ+.
Thrive Project
Kanlungan’s Migrant Women and LGBTQ+ Healthy Mind Power is a community-based project funded by Right to Thrive London and is intended for women and LGBTQ+ in low-paid precarious jobs.
Kanlungan’s Senior Moments
Kanlungan’s Senior Moments is a social support group for Filipino elderly migrants affected by Covid-19.
Kanlungan’s Usapang Mumshie
Kanlungan’s Usapang Mumshie is a social support group for Filipino pregnant women, new mothers and women victims of domestic violence that aims to provide a safe space for them to talk about pregnancy and maternal concerns and wellbeing.

Collaborative Project with MRN
Kanlungan Filipino Consortium is currently engaged with MRN on a research endeavour to study the impact of Covid-19 pandemic to migrant workers in health, logistics and delivery, construction, and security sectors.
